Once installed, sign in:
Click the SIGN IN button
Enter information and SIGN IN
To sign in you will need a ShipperXL account. If you do not have one, please see the Logins and Accounts page for more details about registering.
If you have a ShipperXL account, you will need permission to use the features of the app. Your administrator will either need to add you to the "Mobile Scanner" role or grant you the individual permissions you need on your existing role(s).
It may take between 20 minutes and 2 hours for the changes to take effect if you have already logged in. Once signed in, the app will stay signed in for 8-12 hours.
