- Buyer / Address / Contact: the buyer of the product, their address, and contact information.
- Seller / Address / Contact: the seller of the product, their address, and contact information.
- Ship To / Address / Contact: the recipient of the product, their address, and contact information.
- Reference 1: for customer/seller references that help them correlate. For example, a purchase or sales number from them.
- Reference 2: same as above, but a separate field if needed.
- Parent / Contract: if this is an order, then it can be used to fulfill a contract, listed here.
- Memo: a general memo which may appear on bookings, shipment advice, and other reports.
