  2. Copy To: to change from a quote to an order or contract, you can copy the order.
  3. Buyer / Address / Contact: the buyer of the product, their address, and contact information.
  4. Seller / Address / Contact: the seller of the product, their address, and contact information.
  5. Ship To / Address / Contact: the recipient of the product, their address, and contact information.
  6. Reference 1: for customer/seller references that help them correlate. For example, a purchase or sales number from them.
  7. Reference 2: same as above, but a separate field if needed.
  8. Parent / Contract: if this is an order, then it can be used to fulfill a contract, listed here.
  9. Memo: a general memo which may appear on bookings, shipment advice, and other reports.
