Number Schemes

Number Schemes are parameters available for replacing current date and number formats within the system. Most automatic numbering completed in the system may be programmed to fit within a particular series.

• • New Number Schemes may be added by clicking in the "Mnemonic" field.

  • To modify an existing Scheme select the corresponding row number and mouse-click in the appropriate box.

  • Pressing F2 will activate the cursor in the box selected to override existing data.

  • "Tab" will move the cursor across the screen and is necessary to reflect any changes entered.

  • To sort the fields based on the header columns click on the header name and an arrow of ascending or descending will show. To change the order simply click again on the header name.
