Manage Parties (Individuals/Companies)

The Party Search includes both individuals and companies contact information. The records for each individual may be related to one or multiple company records and other individual records. Additionally, each party record may have multiple addresses, as well as be assigned to multiple categories, i.e., customer, supplier, carrier, etc.

Party contact information may be updated through the search tool or hyperlink and will be reflected on all future transactions. However, note the changes are not historical so therefore will not be reflected on any prior transactions or reports. These items will reflect the prior contact information. If a business name changes simply locate the original business name and change to the new name and all historical transactions will follow the Party record for historical purposes.
