Sort Report Columns

Some reports will allow you to sort columns by clicking on the header. This is only possible when NOT in print layout mode (small green icon on the report's toolbar).

Clicking on the header once will sort ascending. Clicking again will sort descending.

If you'd like to have a primary, secondary, tertiary sort, etc, all you have to do is hold down SHIFT while clicking the sort icons in the order you want them to sort. Do not let go of the SHIFT key between clicking the icons. The report may refresh a bit while you click so be patient.
