Web Portal

The Shipper Web Portal allows users and also customers to log in and see reports and information directly from Shipper without needing to install the Shipper client.

Pre-requisites:

• This is an optional component available to primarily Enterprise customers, but others by request via support@hurkin.com.

• Generally the URL is as follows: http://portal.hurkin.com/{database} --- where {database} is your database code. Note: https://portal.hurkin.com is for HURKIN customers only.

• Users need to have a valid email address on one (and only one) party record in Shipper and must be associated with the right company (this is super important).

• To register, users only need to enter their email address and they will be sent a password via email.
