Creating Queues

Queues are workflow management tools useful as transactions move through the process from one group to another. In addition, they work as pending folders so individual users may have visibility to what is awaiting completion or requires special attention.

    • New Queues may be added by clicking in the Mnemonic field and using "Tab" to move across the screen to complete entries.

    • To modify an existing Queue select the corresponding row number and mouse-click in the appropriate box.

    • Pressing F2 will activate cursor in box selected to override existing information.

    • "Tab" will move the cursor across the screen and is necessary to reflect any changes entered.
