Traffic Center

The Traffic Center is a central management center for incoming, outgoing, and processing of cargo containers and bookings. Transactions can be completed fully within this console as relates to traffic flow and dispatch services.

A note on Movement Types:

  • Inbound: product is coming IN to the facility

  • Outbound: product is leaving the facility

  • Outbound from Supplier: product is being shipped directly from the Supplier's location

  • Process: product is being processed AT the facility.

Key Functions:

  1. First, always complete as many of the filters as apply to your location. This serves as a default when creating new cargo records.

  2. Incomplete Work Orders: cargo that you're expecting and you have a work order ready and waiting for the cargo to arrive.

  3. Incomplete Loads: cargo that is incomplete in some way. It needs a final weight, or needs to be loaded, unloaded, or ready to ship.

  4. New Loads: if it's not on one of those two lists, then you can enter it by selecting "Create Cargo
