Shipper Licensing

By default, most Shipper subscriptions come with 100 licenses. Licenses are based upon a "lease" system. When you log in, you obtain or renew a lease on a license for 7 days. Once your lease expires, the license is returned to the pool of licenses available. The license billing system determines the average number of licenses that are active each WEEKDAY.

Scenarios:

• If you add users in the middle of a month, their licensing starts when they first log in.
• If users stop logging in (inactive, quit, fired, retired, etc), their license will lapse after 7 days.
• A user that uses the system no more than once per month will be billed for a minimum of 7 days.
