  • Retrieve PO Box mail on Thursdays and process immediately

  • Log in to QuickBooks Online and review items as they sync with the bank

  • Mondays, pay out fees to help desk

January:

  • Complete Washington Department of Revenue Annual Excise Tax Return

  • Complete Schedule K-1 for LLC members

How to Receive Payments

  1. Receive Invoice Payment in QuickBooks Online

    • Choose the Customer

    • Reference # = Check Number

    • Enter Amount

    • Choose invoice to apply to carefully

    • Save

  2. Deposit check into bank

Cancellation Notices

If a customer receives a notice of cancellation (billing@hurkin.com is cc'd), make sure the payment is actually missing. You can extend their account in HAAL.
