Using the Email Receiver

  1. Send the email to a special system email address.
    If you do not know the email address, please ask your system administrator to request this feature from support@hurkin.com.

  2. Set the subject of your email to one of the following:

    • Cargo Number (i.e. ABCD1234567)

    • Work Order Number. Note: work orders do not have attachments, so the work order must be linked to a Cargo record.

    • SKU (i.e. A789)

    • Shipment Number (i.e. 567890123)

    • Sales Order 123456. Note: you need to include the words "Sales Order"

    • Purchase Order 789012. Note: you need to include the words "Purchase Order"

    • Sales Contract 345678. Note: you need to include the words "Sales Contract"

    • Purchase Contract 901234. Note: you need to include the words "Purchase Contract"

  3. Attach images, documents, etc. The body of the email can be blank. Anything in the body of the message will not be attached.

  4. The Job Agent checks email every few minutes. It will automatically upload!

  5. If the Job Agent cannot find the right thing to attach to, it will reply to you and let you know.
